Holistic Counselling Practice

I have been committed to personal and spiritual growth for the last 25 years. I have studied a variety of therapeutic theories and many practical methods to help with making desired changes to the psyche, which often have a healing effect in the body. I have integrated these into a unique personal approach of body-mind-spirit therapy. Most importantly, I remain passionately committed to being open to new ideas in order to help as many people as I can. Although I work deeply with clients my outlook is broad and holistic as I believe that there are many different methods and combinations (and many different therapists!) which can help people at different times in their lives according to their needs in that moment.
